International events: Youth Forum of Compatriots marking the 200th anniversary of Russian victory in the Patriotic War of 1812 held in Moscow

From 23 to 24 April 2012, in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry in joint effort with Rossotrudnichestvo is holding the International Youth Forum of the compatriots living abroad, timed to the 200th anniversary of Russia's victory in the war of 1812. The event is held under the motto: "The Eternal Memory of the Twelfth Year."

The Forum is attended by delegates from 53 countries - the winners of competitions and scientific-themed competitions held by Russian embassies and representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo. Among the invited guests are representatives of federal executive and legislative authorities, the Russian Federation regions and the Russian NGOs.
