The Presidential Library has shared its experience in the development of the national electronic resource with the heads of IT branches of the CIS

April 3, 2012 in Astana, took place the 27th session of the Commission for Informatization of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications (RCC) and the 14th meeting of the RCC Commission on Information Security. The meetings were attended by representatives of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation and the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library.

At a meeting of the Commission for Informatization, has been demonstrated inter-agency and institutional interaction in the development of the national electronic resource, taking as an example the experience of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library. At the end of the presentation the commission recommended that representatives of the RCC member states used a positive experience of the Presidential Library.

At the meetings were addressed the issues of building up and development of e-government, creation of cross-border area of trust on the Internet, information security in the RCC member states. Also were discussed the problems of creating a common information & communication environment of the RCC member states.
