World culture: “Cyprus through the Eyes of Russian Artists. 100 Best Images of Cyprus” Exhibition in St. Petersburg

From 14 to 20 May 2012, Peter and Paul Fortress (St. Petersburg) is hosting the exhibition "Cyprus through the Eyes of Russian Artists. One Hundred Best Images of Cyprus." The exhibition is held in the framework of the VIII Annual Festival “Cyprus Days on the Banks of the Neva” .

The exhibition is dedicated to Cyprus - the island with an ancient history, attracts for travelers, tourists and pilgrims from all corners of the earth. The exhibition brings together more than 100 works of painting and photo graphics, created by St. Petersburg artists in the socio-cultural project of Vyacheslav Zarenkov "Creating World". The featured works depict the magnificent landscapes of Cyprus, the ancient temples and monasteries.
