Information technology and society: The share of popular worldwide browsers in July 2012

The company Net Applications has presented a study of proportion of the popular worldwide browser in July 2012.
The most popular Web browser among users of personal computers is Internet Explorer - its share is 53.9%.
Firefox has slightly strengthened the position: it takes 20.16% against 20.06% of the market in June. Chrome closes the top three with 18.88%.
This is followed by Safari, whose share increased by 0.17% and now amounts to 4.93%. The positions of opera have not changed – it is 1.59% of the market.
In the segment of mobile browsers the Safari Mobile is the leader, which holds 66.22%. Next are coming the web browser Android platform with 19.41% and Opera Mini with 9.32%.
