October 25, 2012 at the State Historical Museum in Moscow opens an exhibition “Khrushchev. Soviet leader. View from the side”.

The exhibition shows how has changed the view from the outside to the politician, the former among the heirs of Stalin, one of the candidates of the second row, but who managed to take a leading position in the country at a critical time.

The collection, which belonged to Sergei Nikitich Khrushchev, is presented for the first time: colorful pictures on the cover of respectable magazines of the USA, France, Germany, Sweden - original announcements of publications about the Soviet leader and his policies, as well as reports about events involving Nikita Sergeevich, a collection of photos, brilliant color transmission time, face significant characters of world history in the mid-XX century, posters and cartoons on the topic of the day, published in Soviet newspapers and magazines.
