Internet and society: Russian Internet Week is held in Moscow

The fifth annual Russian Internet Week (RIW-2012) is taking place from October 17-19, 2012 at the CEC “Expocentre” on Krasnaya Presnya in Moscow.

RIW–2012 is:

- Multi-threaded three-day conference (general program and Professional program – more than 100 conference events);

- Large-scale exhibition “Internet – 2012”;

- Great number of extracurricular activities, presentations and promo actions.

RIW-2012 combines several destinations and formats, which are interested both to profile Internet specialists and to end-wide groups of Internet users.

To participate in the “Russian Internet Week” are invited Russian business leaders, experts and specialists of informational communications and Internet technologies, specialists of Russian and foreign IT-companies, government officials, representatives of profile ministries and agencies, Internet users and media representatives.

An important feature of RIW-2012 is its international status, the conference and exhibition is attended by representatives of IT-companies of the CIS countries and far abroad.

According to the Organizing Committee the Russian Internet Week (RIW-2012) will bring together more than 15 thousand of people.
