Exhibition “We all will merge into a single soul!..” The Patriotic War of 1812 in medals of A. N. Olenin and his contemporaries” opens on December 28, 2012 at the State Hermitage Museum (Saint-Petersburg).

The exhibition is timed to the 200th anniversary of the victory of the War of 1812. The exposition, based on the materials of the State Hermitage Museum and the State Archive of the Russian Federation with the participation of the State Museum Reserve “Pavlovsk”, Museum Estate “Priyutino”, Institute of the Russian Literature RAS and other collection, it is dedicated to the first experience of perpetuating a medal art exploits of the Russian army and the people, committed in the Patritoc War and foreign campaigns of 1813 and 1814.
