The XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi: Mobile Press Center of the Russian Olympic team opened

February 8, 2013 President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov opened the mobile press center where journalists could be able to communicate with members of the Russian Olympic team and sportsmen from other countries. It will start working immediately, when it is still running the preparation to the Winter Games-2014.

- Therefore, the press center will play an important role highlighting both the preparation of our athletes for the Olympiad and of course the process of the Olympiad, - said Alexander Zhukov. –I think, in terms of the information technology, the television equipment and other they will be the best games in the history. We use all the achievements of modern television and the internet.

The press center will be also presented by national teams in various sports, and it will tell about training regime, pre-start checks and much more.

During the Winter Games the mobile center will move to the building of media center in the Olympic park. Now it will run primarily in Krasnaya Polyana, where test competitions in winter sports are held.
