Electronic resources: Electronic edition “Memorable dates of Russian history” prepared in 2013

By the order of Rossotrudnichestvo the first issue of electronic edition from the series “Memorable dates of Russian history” is prepared.

The edition includes materials for thematic exhibitions dedicated to the memorable dates of Russian history in 2013: the 150th anniversary of Konstantin Stanislavsky, the 70th anniversary of the end of the Battle of Stalingrad, the 140th anniversary of Feodor Chaliapin, the 150th anniversary of V. I. Vernadsky, the 50th anniversary of the space flight of V. V. Tereshkova, the 400th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty. The publication is prepared on the basis of museum and archival collections in Russia.

It was developed with the participation of the A. A. Bachrushin State Central Theater Museum, the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the M. I. Glinka All-Russian Museum Association of Musical Culture, the Nongovernmental Ecological Foundation of V. I. Vernadsky and the publishing house “RIP”.

The complete includes six discs in Russian, English, Arabic, Spanish, German and French languages.

On each disc it is possible to find not only materials to create exhibitions, but also recommendation for their installation and placing.

The publication is prepared for use in the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in the implementation of projects and programs on the memorable events of Russian history and the anniversaries of national figures of science, culture and art.
