To the International Day of Intellectual Property: The scientific-practical conference in Saint-Petersburg

April 22, 2013 in the new building of the National Library of Russia (Saint-Petersburg) is held the scientific-practical conference “The improvement of the legislation in the field of intellectual property”, dedicated to the celebration of the International Intellectual Property Day, which is annually celebrated on April 26.

At the conference are discussed issues of the management of the order of disposal of the State on the results of intellectual activity (RIA) for export products, compliance-laws (regulations, orders, instructions) the Fourth part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the development of innovations in the performance of the Federal Target Program (FTP).
