President of Russia: Vladimir Putin approved the agreement with Venezuela on the opening of cultural centers

President of Russia Vladimir Putin singed law in ratification of the agreement with Venezuela on the opening in Moscow and Caracas of cultural and scientific centers, the relevant document is posted at the official web site of the legal information.

The agreement provides international-legal framework for the operation of reciprocity of Russian and Venezuelan cultural and scientific centers. It is envisaged that for the implementation of the activity the centers will be able to establish direct communication with the ministries, other government agencies and organizations, local authorities, non-profit organizations as well as with citizens of the host state.

The agreement was signed in Caracas on August 23, 2011.
