Internet and Society: "People of Kuzbass" Website Presentation

On May 23, 2013, in Kemerovo Region at the Children and Youth Library is taking place a presentation of "The Peoples of Kuzbass" website.

“The Peoples of Kuzbass" website is a joint project of the library and the Department of Culture and National Policy of Kemerovo region.

With its informational inheritance the resource gets the users acquainted with compounds, numbers, cultures, and self-organizations of the folks with a quantity other than 700 peoples, according the National Census in 2010, amounting Kemerovo Region population. The representatives of these nations have founded the associations and creative teams to maintain and promote their national cultures. The website provides information about a language, a religion, everyday traditions, national dress, national public associations, creative collectives, and operating in the Kemerovo region cultural centers for each nation.

"The people of Kuzbass" website intended for a wide audience: for young people, the workers of cultural and educational institutions, national associations members and all who may be interested in culture and history of the peoples of Kemerovo Region.
