The Presidential Library continues to publish on its website the materials from the Russian State Historical Archive (RSHA).
The presented archival documents of the Council of Ministers and various bodies of the State Council and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire of the late 19th - early 20th centuries belong to the provinces, which are now the regions of Ukraine, and reflect particular aspects of administrative system, the development of educational system, handicraft and social security in these areas.
