Information technologies and archives: A new solution for systematic document input

It will be easier for the companies and organizations to load their electronic archives with documents and information. The “Electronic Archive” Corporation has developed a universal scanning and archiving station.

PlanScan A2B scanner and specialized software based universal automated workstation allows you to digitize the documents, to index them and to store data in an electronic archive, built on ECM Platform SAPERION.

ELAR PlanScan A2B scanner settings allow you to customize the touch-screen panel interface in such a way that in addition to scanning control functions it let to enter index information from the scanner at once, as well as to send data directly to the archive. For this purpose the Russian-language user interface with customizable document search card is provided.

The advantages of this solution are that the companies don’t need the additional jobs for scanned items’ indexing procedure.
