To the 400th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty: Photo exhibition in the South Ossetia

In the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Tskhinvali (the South Ossetia) July 15, 2013 opened the photo exhibition, timed to the 400th anniversary of the accession of the Romanov dynasty to the Russian throne. The exhibition is prepared by Rossotrudnichestvo together with the Moscow State United Historical Art and Natural Landscape Museum Reserve.

The exposition features portraits of Russian monarchs, images of state residences, icons of imperial masters, engravings and books. 

“The materials of the exhibition reveal the history of the Romanov dynasty, the royal regalia as well as recreate the traditional way of life of the Russian royal family”, - noted the head of Rossotrudnichestvo in RSO Mikhail Stepanov.

The exhibition will run till July 31.
