Internet and society: The portal, where the video broadcast from polling stations on the election of the mayor of Moscow, has opened the registration

The portal vybory.mos.ru, where on September 8, 2013 will be held live broadcast of the voting procedures and the accounting of votes on the election of the mayor, has opened the registration.  Currently, the portal indicated that the main functionality of the web site, in addition to registration of users, is running in test mode.

You can login at the portal from an account in one of the popular social networking sites, through the account of the Moscow government services portal, or by entering your email address. In order to observe the voting process users need up to September 7, 2013 to register at this portal and choose the interesting polling stations by adding them to the bookmarks. On Election Day, September 8 will be possible to watch broadcasts only from the pre-selected before polling stations.

On Election Day the registration at the portal and the ability to add bookmarks of the polls will not be available for viewing.
