Russian language abroad: Regional forum “The support for the Russian language as the basis for the development of integration processes in the CIS” in Baku

The International Regional Forum of young teachers of the Russia language, graduate students and students of the Russian Language “Support for the Russian language as a basis for the development of integration processes in the CIS” starts on October 1, 2013 in Baku.

The forum is attended by representatives of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Russia. The forum is organized by Rossotrudnichestvo and the L. N. Tolstoy Tula State Pedagogical University (TSPU).

“Symbolically, this momentous event takes place after the meeting of the two presidents - Vladimir Putin and President Ilham Aliyev, which held on August 13 in Baku. At the meeting, leaders clearly expressed the great significance of the Russian language in the further strengthening of relations between the two countries”, - said the press service of the Russian Information and Cultural Center in Baku (RICC).

The most part of activities of the forum will be held in the Russian Information and Cultural Center.

During four days, participants of the forum will be able to take part in scientific conferences, open lessons on the Russian language and literature, teaching seminars, quizzes. Teachers and Professors will conduct master classes for young teachers and graduate students of the Baku Slavic University and the Baku State University.  

During the Forum in the room of the RICC will run the exhibition of modern teaching methods, reference and non-fiction literature.
