Cartoons deriding the enemy and good jokes rose the spirits, relieved fatigue, imbued with vivacity and determination to fight on to the bitter end. During the First World War, the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War satire and humor were mobilized "to serve the interests of national defense."

Among the exhibits there is a "Frontline propaganda suitcase" born during the Battle of Stalingrad, which became an important ideological weapon in the fight against the Nazis in all subsequent fronts of the Great Patriotic War. The exhibitions also includes personal belongings of soldiers.
