Society and culture: The All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference “Literary Siberia. XVIII-XXI centuries” in Omsk

May 23-24, 2014 in Omsk is held the All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference “Literary Siberia. XVIII-XXI centuries”.

The conference is organized by the Dostoevsky Omsk State Literary and the department of literature and culture of the Omsk State Pedagogical University with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Omsk region.

Literature, including regional - is one way to identify a person, define its cultural environment. That is why the focus of the definition of features will be Sibirica - Siberian literature and its authors, writers, writers' organizations, periodicals of Siberia, will be discussed topics of mutual influence of literature of Siberia and Kazakhstan, Siberian literature in modern general cultural context (visual arts, music, theater and cinema).

Modern problems and realties of the cultural-educational activities of museum – is a special theme for discussions. Authoritative experts will present reports on promotion of museum collections in literary local history, will tell about PR-technology in exhibition and educational activity as the most important instrument of promotion of museum projects.
