In recent years museums have changed a lot, many of them are taking on greater social responsibility and claim the territorial supremacy. Safeguarding of tangible and intangible cultural heritage is one of the main functions of museums and should not be lost. However, modern museums have many tasks. They form a variety of services, organize social and cultural activities, as well as broadcast knowledge.

In this regard, the conference is invited to discuss the following aspects:

- Museums, foreign policy, international interests and conflicts.

- Museums and "Preservation of memory".

- Museum as a tool for the development of society and the state - new arguments, new restrictions.

-  Who should pay for the preservation of cultural and natural heritage?
