Exhibitions: The photo exhibition, dedicated to the Arctic held in Kaliningrad

The Museum of the World Ocean (Kaliningrad) hosts the exhibition “Photographs of the World – for the pure Arctic!”. Almost 50 photographs of the authors from different countries reveal the beauty of the Arctic. All the works – the result of the International contest of Northern and Arctic photographs «Global Arctic Awards».

The purpose of the project – is to show the multifaceted and varied life of the Arctic region, its history, culture, way of life and old traditions of the indigenous peoples, the wealth of wildlife and the environment, as well as to attract attention to the ecological issues of the Arctic.
