International conference: International Scientific Readings “N. G. Chernyshevsky and his era” in Saratov

October 23-24, 2014 in the Museum-Estate of N. G. Chernyshevsky (Saratov) are held the XXXVI International Scientific Readings "N. G. Chernyshevsky and his era", dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the memory of Nikolai Chernyshevsky.

International Scientific Readings – is the joint project of the Museum-Estate N. G. Chernyshevsky and the N. G. Chernyshevsky Saratov State University. 

The conference includes presentations and messages associated with the legacy of N. G. Chernyshevsky, history, philosophy and literature of the XIX century as well as problems of museology in the modern world.

Among the participants of the XXXVI International Scientific Readings are representatives from Japan, Moscow, Astrakhan, Kaluga, Volgograd and Saratov leading universities.

October 24, 2014 as part of readings will be held a round table "Place of cultural and educational museum projects in the activities of memorial museums".
