Should traditional museums, libraries, archives collect and preserve them? What are the criteria for selection of digital objects? What is the status of the digital object in a museum, library and archive? How to store digital cultural heritage? Who is responsible? - These are the questions that will be discussed at the seminar.
At the seminar will be offered to overview problems of long-term preservation of cultural heritage and the discussion of the role and capacity of museums, libraries and archives.
