The Year of Literature in Russia-2015: The Sochi Central City Library published a list of reference to the 155th anniversary of A. P. Chekhov at its website

The Sochi Central City Library has prepared a list of references to literature for the anniversary of the outstanding Russian writer, known in the literary and theatrical community around the world. Name of Chekhov (1860-1904), the creator of a new language, prose and drama, is at the top of the domestic literary Olympus, and in 2015 - the Year of the literature - one of the first included in the marathon literary anniversaries and celebrations.

Epistolary memoir of materials about the life of Anton Pavlovich is huge. Testimonies about him were left by close relatives, friends and contemporaries simply. Domestic and foreign Chekhov work never ceases to open all new facets of talent of the writer, 155 years since the birth is celebrated on January 29, 2015.

The list of reference "The Artist of Life", prepared by the Central City Library Sochi has incorporated literature (books and articles) from the funds of CLS on the life and work of Russian writer and playwright. Bibliography list is placed at the website of CLS in the section "Information Resources" and is addressed to students and pupils, teachers, wider audience - fans of Chekhov's prose and drama.
