Exhibitions: The exposition “Dialogues” from the collection of the Astrakhan Art Gallery opened

In the Astrakhan Art Gallery until April 19, 2015 is running the exhibition "Dialogues", which presents more than 80 paintings and drawings from the collection of the gallery with the image of a dialogue (conversation) as composite and semantic element.

The works, which are on display at the exhibition, literally reflect the diverse facets of human communication, conversation, conversation. But these are dialogue of times, spaces, meanings of various artistic solutions, and the eternal dialogue of the artist with his creation and with the audience.

All the works are in the collections of the Astrakhan Art Gallery, most of them are located in the permanent exhibition, and are stored in the vaults. Many of the works are on display for the first time.

One section of the exhibition is dedicated to the Year of the Literature, it has been created in conjunction with the library gallery of the N. K. Krupskaya Astrakhan Regional Scientific Library and covers the following topics: reading a book as a dialogue, a dialogue or conversation as a literary genre, illustration and literary work as a dialogue between different forms of art and authors. Among the book publications, presented at the exhibition - examples of dialogues and conversations that are included in the treasury of the world culture.
