History and culture: The exhibition, dedicated to “Derbent-2000” to be held in “Kolomenskoye”

The exhibition "Derbent-2000" dedicated to the anniversary of one of the oldest cities in Russia, opened at the Moscow State Integrated Art and Historical, Architectural and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve "Kolomenskoye-Izmailovo-Lefortovo-Lublino" (MGOMZ).

The exhibition "Derbent-2000" will be open on July 11 and will last until September 30. The exposition is part of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 2000th anniversary of Derbent, which started in the beginning of the year.

The exhibition will consist of 200 color photographs showing the history and culture of the city of Derbent - the crossroads of civilizations, the city of three world religions, unique historical monuments which are listed in UNESCO World Heritage.
