Archives abroad: The memorial-research and archival center of the Russian emigration opened in France

The new center, which will keep historical documents of the Russian emigration, was opened in the small town of Sainte-Genevieve-des-Bois, located a few dozen kilometers from the French capital. The cemetery of the municipality has become the last resting place for many prominent representatives of Russian culture. Active participation in the creation of the Memorial Research Center and Archives of the Russian emigration was taken by our country. It will work in the territory of the "Russian House".

Cash investments from the Russian side will give opportunity to preserve unique materials for future generation, and the association “Russian House” will provide access to them of researchers and historians.
