Libraries and society: The first Russia’s underground library was opened in the Moscow metro

Underground library was opened at the metro station "Vystavochnaya" in Moscow. The library contains archival maps, documents, historical photographs and rare books of the metropolitan subway, said at the opening ceremony of the head of Moscow subway Dmitry Pegov.
Russia's first underground library began its work on December 29, 2015 in the Moscow metro.
