Society and culture: The exhibition “To be a Poet” dedicated to Sergei Yesenin in Ryazan

December 22, 2015 in the Ryazan Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve was opened the exhibition “To be a Poet”. The exposition is timed to the 90^th anniversary of the death of Sergei Yesenin.

The exhibition features more than three dozen of items, including Yesenin’s personal cane, samovar from his hose and a notebook of 1912 with autographs of works “Duma” and “Am I guilty, that I am a Poet”. In addition, the exposition presents photo materials, periodicals with obituary on the death of the poet, collections of his works, as well as Yesenin’s lifetime editions and poetry with his participation.

The exposition is open until February 1, 2016.
