The Year of Literature in Russia: The exhibition of illustrations to the works of Russian writers is opened in Saint-Petersburg

December 24, 2015 in the foyer of the concert hall of the National Pushkin Museum (Saint-Petersburg) was opened the exhibition “Igor Ulangin. Illustrations to the works of Russian writers”.

There are presented illustrations to the lyrics of A. S. Pushkin, the books “The Guest on the Horse” by Alexander Vvedensky, “Wind on the Grass” by Gennady Aiga, to the translations of works by Karl Belman, as well as books of the publishing house “Free poetry”, based on by Igor Ulangin.

Igor Arkadievich Ulangin - graphic artist, painter, publisher; member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation (2003). I. Ulangin works are in the collections of the Chuvash State Art Museum (Cheboksary), Silkeborg Kunstmuseum (Denmark), in private collections in Russia and abroad.

The exhibition is opened until January 22, 2016.
