Culture and authority: Strategy of state cultural policy up to 2030 is approved

Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has approved the Strategy of the state cultural policy until 2030 - a document is published at the official portal of legal information.

"To recommend to the executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to take into account the provisions of the strategy in the development and implementation of state programs of subjects and other program documents", - the document says.

The Ministry of Culture should provide within three months a draft of the action plan for the implementation of the Government strategy.

Strategy, in particular, to create a multi-cultural funding system, which will include elements of the budget financing, tax incentives, national lottery in the field of culture, the institute budget allocations marked taxes and endowment funds for cultural activities.

The document also examines three scenarios of the strategy - the inertia, which provides for the conservation of the main trends of development of culture, the problems and the level of its funding, innovative - providing a qualitatively new social status of culture, and the base - is determined by "the gradual development of the existing positive trends".
