Book publishing and book distribution: The XVIII International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/fictio№ is opened in Moscow

The 18th International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/fictio№ is held in the Central House of Artists on Krymsky Val (Moscow) from 30 November to 4 December 2016.

The Non/fictio№18 will bring together about 300 large and small publishing houses, booksellers, businesses and cultural institutions from 18 countries of the world - this year on the stands and in the business program of the fair will be featured Belarus, Bulgaria, the Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Iran Italy, China, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, the USA, France and Japan. At the exhibition stands, visitors can see the best new literature of very different directions - artistic, journalistic, scientific and non-fiction, memoir, business, help, etc.

By long tradition, at the seven discussion areas scattered in the exhibition space, as well as to the members of the stands for five days will be held over 400 events - book presentations, meetings with artists popular authors with readers, round tables, lectures and discussions on the most relevant topics of modern literature and book publishing business.

In 2016 for the first time in the history of the International Book Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/fictio№ its guest of honor will be the Great Britain.

Visitors are waiting for an extensive program of events prepared by the British Council - the organization to promote cooperation in the field of education and culture between Britain and other countries, including Russia.

The participation of the Great Britain in the status of guest of honor Book Fair Non/fictio№18 - one of the key events of the Year of the language and literature of Great Britain and Russia in 2016.

The constant and most important component of the fair is an extensive on-site children's program "The area of knowledge". According to the tradition of recent years, at the Non/fictio№18 will be allocated a separate space for representatives of the children's book publishing: the stands of the best children's publishing houses and children's playground "Knowledge Areas" will occupy a large part of the third floor of the CHA.
