The Year of Russian Cinema-2016: The X Jubilee Festival of historical films "Veche" is held in Veliky Novgorod

In Novgorod, from 4 to 8 November 2016 is held the X Jubilee Festival of historical films "Veche" supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

The festival of feature and documentary films is held with the participation of famous actors and directors.

The main prize of the festival is the bell "Millennium of Russia", the owner of which will be the winners of the festival in the following categories: "Best Film", "Best Screenplay", "Best Composer", "Best Director", "Best Cinematography", "Best Actor", "Best actress" ,"Best Newcomer" and "Best documentary".

Additional prizes and awards, "Award of the Governor of the Novgorod Region", "Award of Novgorod Metropolitan of the Russian Orthodox Church", "Award of Veliky Novgorod Mayor", "Award of the President of the Festival".
