The peoples of Russia: The Novgorod Museum Reserve presents a new interactive ethnographic exhibition

February 21, 2017 in the church of Myrrhbearers in Yaroslav's Court (the Novgorod Reserve Museum) was opened an ethnographic interactive exhibition "To hands - the work, to the soul - the feast".

The exhibition introduces the fisheries and crafts typical of the Russian village of the second half of XIX - early XX centuries: carpentry, wheel, furniture, pottery, blacksmithing, shoemaking crafts, woven from natural materials, weaving, cooperage, fishing, leather, furrier, saddlery and other crafts.
