Society and Culture: Exhibition "Russian Village: Printed Graphics of Russian Artists of the XX and XXI centuries" in Saint-Petersburg

In the Department of Prints of the National Library of Russia (Saint-Petersburg) until August 30, 2017, the exhibition "Russian Village: Printed Graphics of Russian Artists of the XX-XXI centuries" is tking place.

Works by B. N. Yeremeev and K. I. Kalinycheva are co-located with expressive black and white linocuts by G. F. Zakharov, A. V. Borodin, V. E. Popkov. The mixture of artistic styles and the variety of printed techniques characterize the work of contemporary artists. The exhibition presents lithographs of O. Y. Mikhailov, Y. K. Lyukshin, animalistic graphics of I. P. Makoveeva, Y. A. Vasiliev, A. F. Pakhomov and many others.

The exhibition runs till August 30.
