"Rumyantsev Readings - 2018" International Scientific-practical Conference will be held on April 24-25, 2018, in the Russian State Library (Moscow). The purpose of the conference is to draw attention to the libraries functioning at the current stage, to their role in the implementation of the state cultural policy; to contribute suggestions on the ways of the innovative development and cooperation between the institutions of culture, education and science.
