Presidential Library commemorates Tsar Mikhail Fyodorovich, founder of House of Romanov
On 22 July 1596, a son was born into the boyar family of the Romanovs, who was named Mikhail. Professional development at Presidential Library
From 21 to 24 July 2025 the Presidential Library will provide training for individual students on additional professional development programmes: "Improving the effectiveness of the educational process based on the methodology of using digital resources of the Presidential Library" and "Innovative approaches in library and information activities using the Presidential Library resources with information and educational potential". The training will be held remotely.
