A copy of the limit book for restaurants of the Osobotorg, for a sum of 1000 rubles and a 15% discount. The date of use is August 1944. Coupons: 5 rubles, 10 rubles, 20 rubles. On the back - a red overprint "Series B", stamp and seal. Dimensions: 210x99 mm. Not used. - Limit book was a document, through which it was possible to make purchases in stores or eat in restaurants of the Osoborg for the amount of 1000 to 5000 rubles. With the value of goods amounting to 1000-5000 rubles, the bearer could pay with money 850-4500 rubles, and 150-500 rubles - with coupons of the limit book, which replaced cash. Limit books, issued in Leningrad, was awarded a series of B, which was printed on the back of the book in red. The first books appeared in the spring of 1944. Books were issued both without an indication of the exact date of application, and with the exact date - the period in which the coupons were valid (month, half-year). In the current limit book, the surname of the owner and the seal of the organization that issued it were indicated. Upon receipt of a new book, the old one was to be returned.
