July 3, 2015 the delegation of the Presidential Library, headed by the General Director Alexander Pavlovich Vershinin, visited the Pskov region. Negotiations were held on specific areas of joint educational and cultural-educational activities with the leadership of the Pskov Regional Universal Scientific Library, on the basis of which in December 2013 the regional center of the Presidential Library was opened and successfully operates.
