On the front side - a photo of the emblem of the Russian Empire during the reign of Emperor Nicholas II - a black two-headed eagle crowned with two imperial crowns, over which the same crown larger size with two fluttering ends of the St. Andrew's Order ribbon. The double-headed eagle holds a golden scepter and power. On the chest is the Moscow coat of arms. On the wings there are eight shields: the emblems of the kingdoms of Kazan, Poland, Tauric Chersonesos, Siberian, Astrakhan, great principalities - Kiev, Vladimir and Novgorod On the reverse side - the calendar grid for 1992 .
