On April 14, 2011, the first scientific and practical conference "Electronic Legislation: Access to Regulatory Information in the Electronic Environment" was held at the Presidential Library named after Boris N. Yeltsin, organized jointly with the Federal Service for the Protection of Russia. About 300 people from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region and other regions of Russia took part in the conference. Presentations were made by representatives of government bodies, scientific organizations, executives of companies - developers of reference legal systems. In addition to the plenary session, the conference worked on two thematic sections: dedicated urgent organizational and legal issues of access to regulatory information in electronic environment and dedicated to technology creation, processing and access to electronic legal information. Simultaneously with the work of the sections, a seminar for students and graduate students was held in the framework of the conference. |
