The handwritten diary consists of records about the Great Patriotic War made by Isaak Zelmanovich Vulf in 1941-1942 years. The chronology of events begins in July 1941. The text of the diary begins with the words: "On January 11 [1942, Serov Hospital], on July 12, they wanted to send me to work as secretary of the regimental office .. On the instructions of the military commissar of the regiment, I began to get acquainted and receive cases ..." ( author spelling and punctuation are preserved). Records are irregular; There is an addition (on two sheets) made in the 1960s or 1980s. The diary includes texts of songs and poems by Russian authors, as well as poems by Isaak Zelmanovich Wulff himself.
