December 20, 2010 between the Presidential Library. Boris N. Yeltsin represented by General Director A.P. Vershinin and the Government of the Kirov region in the person of Governor N.Yu. Belyh signed an Agreement of Cooperation aimed at creating a branch of the Library in the city of Kirov. The solemn ceremony of signing the document took place in the large reading room of the Kirov Regional Universal Scientific Library named after AI Herzen. Members of the delegation inspected the building of the new building of the regional library under construction, where, after the completion of construction, in February 2011, the regional center of the Presidential Library in the Kirov region will be located. The guests also took part in the events timed to the 100th anniversary of the Vyatka Art Museum named after VM and A. Vasnetsov. |
