October 11, 2011 in the Tula State Pedagogical University opened an electronic reading room with access to the resources of the Presidential Library. The opening ceremony was timed to the meeting of the Academic Council of the University with the participation of representatives of the administration of Tula and the region, staff of regional libraries, archives, museums. The Presidential Library was represented by the Deputy General Director for work with the branches of SM. Makeyev. At the same meeting, an agreement was signed on cooperation between the Presidential Library and the Tula State Pedagogical University. The parties agreed on the development and implementation of joint educational and scientific programs, as well as regional projects to create a collection of documents on the history of the Tula region. |
