From October 21 to 23, the Northern Capital will become the center of attraction for professionals in the Russian travel industry. The main purpose of the event is to improve the quality of sightseeing services and develop the tourism industry as a whole. Participants will receive tools to create affordable, interesting and attractive offers, which will contribute to the further growth of the tourist flow.
The forum will open with a plenary session at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library with the participation of leading experts from the tourism industry. The business program of the second day includes a series of events: round tables, master classes, and open lectures. Travel professionals will discuss the creation of author's excursions, legal aspects, service promotion, marketing and much more. The final day of the forum will present to the participants a variety of sightseeing routes around St. Petersburg and its surroundings.
