The final resolution of the second international conference "The Russian Language – the Basis for Integration Dialogue in the CIS Region," which took place on 16–17 October 2025 in Saint Petersburg, has been published.
The event was organised by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, the Union of Translators of Russia, the Russian State Library, the Presidential Library, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg State University, the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, the North-West Institute of Management – a branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, the Patrice Lumumba Russian University of Friendship of Peoples, and Moscow State Linguistic University.
