The fifteenth issue of the collection of scientific works from the "Electronic Library" series has been published on the Presidential Library portal. The collection is dedicated to the memory of the Great Patriotic War and was compiled based on the results of the third annual scientific and practical conference "Promotion of National Cultural Heritage in the Electronic Environment: The Contribution of Cultural Institutions to the Formation of an Accurate Memory of the Great Victory," which took place at the Presidential Library at the end of April 2025. The event focused on the role of cultural heritage in the digital age and its significance for the formation of historical memory of the Great Victory.
