The Presidential Library invites schoolchildren and students to take part in an academic competition in history, social studies and Russian language. The competition will run until 26 March and will bring together participants from Russia and other countries. Everyone will be able to choose either all three disciplines or just one.
All tasks are based on materials from the Presidential Library's electronic archive, which contains rare historical documents and cultural heritage items from across the country. Participants can practise in advance by completing previous years' tasks in the 'Archive' section of the project website.
