On September 3rd, 2024, as part of the Eastern Economic Forum, the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) signed a joint action plan for 2024-2026. This document was signed by Kirill Bychkov, the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and Yuri Nosov, the Director General of the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the Russian Federation.

The first global knowledge platform dedicated to climate and health – climahealth.info – was launched by the Joint Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) and World Meteorological Organization (WMO), with support from the Wellcome Trust. It is in response to growing calls for actionable information to protect people from the health risks of climate change and other environmental hazards.

The Presidential Library, subordinate to the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, signed an open-ended cooperation agreement with the Alupka Palace and Park Museum-Reserve, subordinate to the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Crimea. The Museum-Reserve includes the Vorontsov Palace-Museum, the Alupka Park-Monument of Landscape Art and the Massandra Palace-Museum of Alexander III.
