Memory of the World: Festival of Living History in Suzdal

The festival of living history is held in Suzdal on August 26 and 27, it united participants from historical and military historical reconstruction clubs from all over Russia. Participants of the festival will camp on the bank of the Kamenka River and demonstrate the life of medieval people, as well as the martial art of that time.

Burdenko , a surgeon, a pioneer of Soviet neurosurgery, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1939) and the first president of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR (1944-46), honorary member of the Royal Society of Surgeons and the Paris Academy of Surgery; Hero of Socialist Labor (1943), winner of the Stalin Prize (1941), Colonel-General of medical services (1944).
